Create Your Blue Cross NC Account

The administrator of Insights360 will create your account on your behalf, and optum.com will email you confirming your account has been created. In order to activate the account, you will need to click the link in the confirmation email that you have received.

1. There is a section called Set Your Password where you can create a new password for yourself. There are a number of elements that must be included in a password:

• Eight or more characters are required
• A letter with lowercase letters
• Using all capital letters
• A numerical value
• A character with a special meaning (for example, %, $, #, etc.)

1.  Please enter your password a second time in the field labeled Confirm Password after entering it the first time.
2.  The Set Your Security Question section allows you to choose the security question that you wish to use from the menu provided.
3.  In order to answer the security question, please select the security question you wish to answer. To submit, click here.

Login To BCBSNC

When you activate your Insights360 account, you will immediately have access to Insights360 through Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (Blue Cross NC).  If you are unable to access your BCBS account, please contact us. The first step is to provide us with some information so that we can point you to the Blue Cross Blue Shield website.

We can access your member benefits and services if you log into Blue Cross Blue Shield NC. As you go through this process, you will be guided by the following steps.

• Navigate to https://login.performanceanalytics.optum.com/bcnc/login/.
• Your e-mail address should be entered in the Username box.
• (Optional) Click the Remember Me checkbox if you want to remember your username for future logins.
• Continue to the next page by clicking on “continue.”
• It is necessary to enter your password in order to access your account.
